Rick Sr. eagerly joined the board from day 1 in 2009. He is always taken an interest in the positive development of youth and helped build the foundation of the leadership conference. Rick is the President/CEO of Business Alliance Financial Services, LLC and enjoys fishing, golfing, and wrestling with his grandsons. It is no surprise that the Leadership Conference is his favorite program of the foundation.
