OPEN ARMS

This Program will reach out to families who dream of adopting a child but don’t have the financial means to do so. Families will be able to apply for financial assistance through Volunteers of America. The Big Whit Foundation will have an account through Volunteers of American where any families in North La. will be able to apply for financial assistance with the adoption process. This will give more families in our area the opportunity to adopt children.
